Lightweight Division Fight
Kayla Knix vs Terri Zwart

Knix closes the distance to start off the fight and winds up fending off a takedown. Zwart eats a knee as she ducks in for a takedown and Knix follows with punches that force Zwart to flop to her back. Knix shrugs off the move. Zwart makes another lazy shot and flops on her butt. Knix is having nothing of it, and drops a few knees into Zwart before they both get up. Another takedown attempt and Zwart eats several shots on her way down. Zwart turtles up as Knix swings away, prompting the referee to check on her safety. When Zwart does not change his position, the fight is called.

Knix defeats Zwart via knockout at 3:13.

Lightweight Division Fight
Austin Davis vs Robbyn Helmsley

Helmsley rushes in and the two collide in the middle of The Circle, with Davis driving for a takedown. Helmsley struggles with it as Davis throws a couple of knees. Davis sprawls out and drives back and Helmsley gives up the attempt. Davis closes but misses a combination and Helmsley backs him up with a jab. Big leg kick for Helmsley, followed by a punch combo as she drives in for another takedown. Davis catches a knee south of the border and staggers. Helmsley nails an uppercut off a punch combo then a big leg kick, driving Davis down to the floor. Helmsley throws another punch combo but misses a few of her shots as Davis rolls away. Davis's left eye is swollen shut as he gets out of range of those deadly fists. Davis gets distance and lands a few short punches. Helmsley drives for a single leg takedown and Davis counters with a guillotine attempt. Helmsley drives into takedown and gets the triangle choke locked in.

Helmsley defeats Davis via submission at 5:11.

HEADLINE FIGHT

Lightweight Division Fight
Kai O'Hara vs Ryann Hardy

O'Hara starts off the action with a leg kick. Hardy jams in. O'Hara slips on a kick and Hardy swarms in, but can't keep O'Hara down as the two clinch against the cage. Hardy takes the action down with a body lock, working for position from guard. O'Hara with brief control before he sits up and hints at a guillotine. O'Hara grabs a guillotine as the two spring to their feet and rolls Hardy over with it. It's a tense few minutes but Hardy escapes and hints at a heel hook before scrambling and driving O'Hara back to his butt on the floor. O'Hara's still working for that guillotine, but Hardy's having none of it as she remains slippery. O'Hara finally rights himself and drives a knee into Hardy's midsection, taking the wind from her sails. He scoops her up, and nails a few wicked bombs to her face, driving her back against the edge of The Circle

Hardy regroups with an inside leg kick, only to connect with nothing as O'Hara sidesteps and sweeps her legs. O'Hara fires back with a body kick as Hardy pops back up. Hardy lands an overhand right off a punch exchange, trying to rally back. O'Hara gets the takedown and lands a few big punches that bounce Hardy's head off the canvas before coming to rest in half-guard. Hardy fires back with knees to the body, a lucky wild punch snapping O'Hara's head back. O'Hara works for control before Hardy postures up. The two clinch with O'Hara throwing knees. He scoops up Hardy and slams her down over his knee before rolling her to the floor into a bow and arrow submission. Hardy's back is bloody from O'Hara's nose.

O'Hara lands a body kick and a nice lunging knee to the face as Hardy tries to break out, only ending up with her back arched in a vicious way as the hold is cinched in again. O'Hara drives a knee into the center of Hardy's back, and she falls face first, screaming in pain. O'Hara breaks off the hold and fires punches into Hardy's ribs and lower back as she pitches forward. Unmoving, Hardy does nothing to retaliate as O'Hara lands a knee in the clinch and breaks off again. He drops a falling knee into Hardy, and then is pulled off by the referee.

O'Hara defeats Hardy via stoppage (knockout) at 15:00.

Petrov moves towards the fight circle with two of his men, and they help carry the unconscious and obviously injured Ryann Hardy from the building.

MAIN EVENT

Heavyweight Title Match
Osbourne Kilminster vs Jackson

Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, the two men in pit tonight will fight until only one remains standing!!! All bets for this fight are now final. Introducing first... fighting out of the red corner... he is a wrestler with mixed martial arts background, with a record of eleven wins, three losses and one draw, standing at 193 centimeters and weighing in at 125 kilograms. Ladies and gentlemen... JACKSONNNNN!!

Jackson looks furious as he stalks towards the center of The Circle.

Announcer: And now... his opponent... fighting out of the blue corner...  he is a wrestler with mixed martial arts background, with a record of eight wins, and eight losses, standing at 188 centimeters and weighing in at 106 kilograms. Ladies and gentlemen... the Heavyweight Champion... OSBOURNE KILLLLLMINSTERRRRRRRRRRR!!

Jackson moves in and fires a kick into Kilminster's knee, only to be countered as Kilminster bats it away. Jackson works in two punches before backing away Kilminster tries to clinch but can't. Kilminster lands a stiff straight then shoots in on Jackson as he moves away. Jackson defends with his back to the open air at the edge of The Circle. Kilminster can't get underhooks, and Jackson finally pushes him away, Jackson lands one shot, and Kilminster nearly ducks into another stiff blow. Kilminster kicks to the body and shoots in. Kilminster gets him to the floor, but he can't keep Jackson there. Kilminster strikes low with a knee in the clinch, and continues to land shots to the face before Jackson gets away and gets a brief respite. Jackson works back in quickly, and he scores with several crisp blows before Kilminster fires back with his own barrage, busting open Jackson's lip with a well placed elbow strike. Jackson spits blood in Kilminster's face and dives back at him, looking as if he wants to be put out of his misery.

Kilminster gets a clinch and a quick trip, but Jackson immediately pops back to his feet. Kilminster scores with a left hand. Jackson again looks to box as the action begins. Kilminster kicks to the body, but he's not winning on the feet. Jackson whiffs on a combo but moves away, almost stumbling as he hits the edge of The Circle again. Jackson lands a low kick in the exchange, managing to pull himself back from the brink. Kilminster lands a jab, then a stiff left seconds later. Kilminster is timing his counter-punches, rocking the challenger on his feet. Jackson works the body. Kilminster's striking crisp halfway through the second. Jackson misses on a combo, though he lands a kick to the gut.

Kilminster again opens up aggressively on the feet. Jackson moves away well. Kilminster drops levels and clinches Jackson again, looking to outwrestle the man who is clearly flagging on his feet. Kilminster can't work to the floor and eats a punch as he backs away. Another punch staggers Kilminster, and Jackson pounces. Kilminster spins away and recovers, clinches and drags Jackson to the floor. Kilminster postures and lands several lefts to the face. Jackson works to his knees, then his feet. Kilminster shoots in, and Jackson locks in a guillotine. It's quickly just a headlock, and Kilminster resumes the takedown attack and works the fight to the ground, bashing Jackson in the face with an elbow. He hooks the arm and goes for an armbar, deliberately torquing it so hard that the sound of Jackson's bone breaking is audible throughout the building. Jackson is on his back and against the edge of The Circle, cradling his right arm to his chest. Jackson grabs the head to keep Kilminster close, but he's offering nothing in return. The referee watches closely, but he lets the action continue. Kilminster works forward, and the crowd wants a stand-up. It's a reasonable request, but it goes unanswered. Jackson sneaks his legs up on a scramble and threatens a triangle, but it's loose. Kilminster works from the top and drops a few bombs down on Jackson's face before Jackson manages to roll. Kilminster takes the back and continues to rain down punches. Kilminster has both hooks in, and the rear-naked choke quickly comes in. Jackson isn't able to shake it off. Kilminster keeps squeezing, and the referee halts the fight when Jackson goes briefly limp.

Kilminster defeats Jackson via submission at 21:45 to retain the Heavyweight Championship.
