Bruce "The Highlander" McLeod vs Shane "Dixie Dynamite" Sanders

Southpaw McLeod lands an inside leg kick to start. Sanders closes, then ruses in to clinch at the cage. She lands a knee against the cage, and a foot stomp. Sanders knees the legs. McLeod reverses against the cage and grabs for a single leg. They reverse, and Sanders gets a body lock and takes the fight down. Sanders with a couple of big left hands before she goes back to guard. Sanders posts up and throws another left, then another. McLeod trying to kick her off. Sanders passes to half guard and lands a few shots in transition. McLeod's left eye is starting to swell from the vicious punches. Sanders grabs a guillotine with a pass and goes for the choke from mount. The tenacious Dixie Dynamite can't close it, though, before McLeod reverses against the cage and drives for a leg. Sanders looks for a guillotine and the crowd chants for a knee to end his misery. McLeod keeps driving for that takedown and the action stalls. McLeod  connects with a knee to the leg. McLeod gives up takedown attempt and Sanders jumps for a guillotine at the cage wall. McLeod is caught with nowhere to go. He taps quickly.

Sanders defeats McLeod via submission at 8:12.

Open Weight Fight MATCH OF THE NIGHT
Kaitlynn "The Bitch" McIntyre vs Theodore Janes

Janes closes distance on McIntyre with a jab and a hard leg kick, starting off the action. McIntyre returns with a one-two. Janes closing distance and weathering McIntyre's strikes. Janes misses with a cross and the two lock up against the cage. McIntyre peels off with a hard elbow strike to the face. McIntyre and Janes trade front kicks and the two spill to the canvas. Janes hints at a grapple, but he quickly lets it go as if he's feeling out his opponent. McIntyre in her opponent's guard working body-body-head. Janes angles for a triangle choke, but is denied. Janes quickly whips into an armbar and rolls The Bitch over. He's got it, but McIntyre won't give up and manages to escape when she stands and pulls out. McIntyre attempts to return the favor with some strikes standing over Janes, but no dice. Janes lands a nice body shots as he corners McIntyre ties the action up at the cage edge. McIntyre attempts a few takedowns, but she then drops to her back and locks up an oma plata. Janes escapes it and the two return to their feet, where McIntyre immediately pressures against the cage. Janes reverses and snaps McIntyre's head back with a roundhouse kick.

McIntyre dives at Janes, spitting blood as they wrestle for position against the cage. McIntyre drops levels for a takedown. Janes throws a knee and gets her to back off, keeping her grounded at arm's length. McIntyre peels off with a punch. Janes immediately purses and lands a couple of nice shots as McIntyre retreats. McIntyre again ties the action up on the other side of the cage and the action stalls again. McIntyre wants that takedown, but tae kwon do specialist Janes won't let her have it. Janes lands a nice knee to the head from the clinch. Janes reverses and gets a quick trip takedown at the cage edge, and he's immediately in mount. He hints at an elbow to the back of the head, but McIntyre scrambles and grabs his leg. Janes escapes and misses a high kick when McIntyre gets up. Janes chases forward with strikes to drive McIntyre back and the two end up against the cage once again.

Janes pushes his way in with punches and tags McIntyre a few times. McIntyre defends as best she can on her bicycle and again, the two are locked up at the cage. Janes scoops McIntyre up and looks like he's got the takedown, but McIntyre escapes. Janes nails her with a nice straight right. McIntyre goes for a takedown off a leg kick and Janes grabs her leg as the two spill to the mat. But McIntyre is ready and takes her opponent's back in the subsequent scramble. McIntyre locks in a body triangle. Janes fighting to control McIntyre's arms. McIntyre working to distract as she wiggles her body. McIntyre stays on his back as Janes tries to roll. McIntyre tries to use her right leg to snag his arm, but Janes manages to spin out and take McIntyre's guard. Janes works short elbows while McIntyre paws at his head. Janes attempting ground and pound, but he's tied up in McIntyre's legs, and it's rather ineffective. McIntyre's forehead crashes into the bridge of her opponent's nose as they jockey for position, shattering the bone in a spray of blood. Like a monkey, she wraps around Janes and rolls him over, locking in a crossface hold that she torques with her palms driving against the nose of Janes.

McIntyre defeats Janes via submission at 9:21.

HEADLINE FIGHT

Heavyweight Division Fight
Mark Chapman vs Frank "Blitz" Krieger

Chapman comes right at Krieger, scoops him up, and dumps him to the canvas. Krieger covers up while Chapman chops at his head. Chapman gets his hooks in and almost steals an arm as Krieger scrambles. Chapman ends up with half-guard as he fires his left elbow down on Blitz. Chapman working to trap Krieger's arm and pass, but Krieger retakes guard. Chapman posts up and drops a left elbow. He does it again and stands over Krieger against the cage. He briefly gets a headlock as Krieger covers up on his knees. Chapman with hard knees to the body. Krieger doesn't like that much and stands up. His left eye is already puffy. Krieger knees the legs, looking to regain control but is denied. Chapman with over-under grip keeps Krieger from escaping and gets another quick takedown. Chapman lands punches overhead and Krieger scrambles to his feet. They're tied up again at the edge of the cage. Chapman knees the legs with his back against the cage. Chapman misses with a punch and they walk across the cage as they're locked up. Chapman misses with an elbow as he peels off and Krieger misses with a high kick.

Krieger's left eye is puffed up badly. He throws a big couple of high kicks that electrify crowd, but they do little else. Chapman meets one kick with a punch. Krieger lands his first big blow of the night, a solid uppercut that drives Chapman back against the cage. Chapman quickly rebounds and once again forces the action down. He's at Krieger's back firing away with his right hand as Krieger turtles. One of his hammerfists has cut Krieger's head badly. Chapman nearly stands up, but settles for Krieger's back when the German tries to escape. Krieger goes to his back and pulls guard, but Chapman passes quickly to side mount and has back control on the turtled Krieger. Chapman gets his hooks in and snakes his arms in for the choke. Krieger resists as Chapman changes strategy and fires down punches and elbows. The German is floundering to the dismay of the crowd and Chapman seems almost enraged as he continues to wail away. Chapman pounds in the punches, unrelenting. Krieger is doing nothing, and neither is the referee. Finally, after several moments of unrestrained punishment, the referee stops the fight.

Chapman defeats Krieger via technical knockout at 15:44.

MAIN EVENT

Champion vs Champion: Open Weight Fight
Sinn vs V

Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, the two fighters in the cage tonight will fight until only one remains standing!!! All bets for this fight are now final. Introducing first... he stands 190 centimeters and weighs 110 kilograms, with a record of eight wins and six losses. Ladies and gentlemen... the Heavyweight Champion, VEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

V seems more composed than usual, yet gives off an almost frenetic energy as he enters the cage, awaiting the arrival of his opponent.

Announcer: And now... his opponent... a submission grappler with a record of seventeen wins, and three losses, standing at 173 centimeters and weighing in at 73 kilograms. Ladies and gentlemen... the Lightweight Champion, SINNNNNNNNN!!!

V catches a body kick and punches on a downed Sinn, but then quickly motions Sinn to stand. He chases Sinn again and lands a shot in an exchange before breaking off. Another exchange, and V eats a knee to the groin as Sinn drives him back. V closes distance and gets a decisive takedown. Sinn goes briefly to mission control and V attempts to pass. Sinn ties up her again with his leg. V postures up and then stands. He contemplates a punch before letting Sinn up. He charges forward and Sinn staggers him with a hard punch. He catches Sinn's kick and returns with a hard punch. He catches Sinn again in an exchange and rushes in for another takedown. Sinn again tries to tie the Heavyweight Champion up with her leg. V tries to pass but can't get anywhere before Sinn scrambles and rights herself. Sinn attempts to land knees from the clinch as V advances but nothing lands. The two break off and trade kicks. Sinn connects with nice cross-leg kick combination. Sinn with a front kick, then a leg kick. V's cheek is swollen. V catches another kick but can't capitalize much on it. V intercepts Sinn and gets a takedown against the cage. Sinn's face scrapes over the unforgiving steel, leaving a bloody abrasion.


V lands a punch as Sinn charges in. Sinn kicks and nearly gets caught with a couple of hooks. Again, V catches the Lightweight Champion's kick. He can't take it down, but on another exchange, but when they clash again, he lands on top. He can't do much before Sinn scrambles to her feet. V misses a high kick. Sinn with a body shot and a follow-up body kick. Crowd chants V's name for the umpteenth time. Sinn hits a switch off an attempted takedown and nearly gets V's back, but he scrambles and takes guard. Sinn ties the action up again with her left leg. V stands overhead and waits for Sinn to get up. V fires in with a jab. Sinn gets fancy with a spinning kick. The two tie up, but nothing lands. They tie up again, and V lands a nice punch combo from in close. Sinn tries to shoot, but no dice. It's a completely frenzied fight. Sinn takes a jab, then another. The pace seems to have caught up to both, because they're not throwing with the same energy. Sinn chases V around with a few high kicks. Sinn leaps in with a front kick as V kicks. Sinn lands the shot, but falls awkwardly, taking most of the impact with her arm.

She struggles back up with the help of the cage, clearly in pain. A leaping knee scores for V, then a high kick. The two are swinging for the fences, but it's Sinn that seems like she's coming up short on a consistent basis. Sinn wrestles the action down and lands in V's half-guard. Sinn stands up and strikes down on V before returning to half-guard and working ground and pound. She briefly takes mount, but V gets half-guard back as Sinn fires away with punches. Sinn stands briefly and fires down a punch. V uses a brief respite to get to his feet. The two trade against the cage before Sinn takes it down again. V looks like he's hit the wall. Sinn struggling to pass, but she's doing a lot of damage on top. V bucks and rolls her over, almost ripping her bad arm from the socket in the process as he twists it behind her back. His right elbow is smashing the Lightweight Champion up. Sinn tries to scramble up, but V is all over her. V's face is swollen badly, but Sinn looks positively ashen from the pain. V stands overhead and kicks at Sinn's legs before firing down punches and returning to half-guard. He torques in an armbar and keeps twisting, leaving Sinn no choice but to tap out. As she lifts her hand to do so, V breaks the hold and then drives a knee into her temple, ending the agony.

V defeats Sinn via knockout at 17:11.

As V's hand is raised in victory, Petrov steps into the cage, carrying a briefcase. This he opens to reveal a new championship belt inside. Without saying a word, he places the new belt over the shoulder of V, giving him a pat on the back. In the thunderous roar of the crowd he turns and picks up the Heavyweight and Lightweight belts that had been discarded outside the cage prior to the fight, and places them inside the briefcase. The statement is clear as day as the gold face of the new belt is visible: The Circuit Champion is emblazoned in raised letters.

Petrov turns and says one thing before leaving the cage, "now there is only one."
