Live inside the sold out Luzhniki Palace of Sports, thousands of people erupt when the lights shut off. Suddenly, guitars rip through the arena and shred the opening riff to Motorhead's Joy of Labour.

The drums come in and on the downbeat fireworks explode from the catwalks above the circular cage in the center of the arena. The house lights fade in and shine across the sea of fans ready for blood. At cageside, John Cardona and Freddy Johnsson are breaking down the rules of the cage to the UStream audience.

The bell sounds and here we go! Wheeler shows her overconfidence by launching across the cage. Spiral meets her in the middle and throws a jab that puts her weight on her back foot. She wings a wild right that he slips easily, and then he connects with a vicious counter that drops her like dead weight on the canvas. The ref goes to end the fight, but she waves him off. Spiral pounces on her like a mad dog. He wraps his legs around an arm and wrenches back hard. A split second later, her arm snaps below the elbow and the referee is pulling Spiral off her. He stands and walks around the cage. The ref is trying to get Amber to stay down, but she tries to sit up. Her forearm is bent over itself with a bone sticking through the skin. The crowd groans. The feed switches to the horrified faces of fans around cageside.

Spiral defeats Amber Wheeler via Technical Submission at 2:15.

Jackson comes out hard, swinging those dangerous fists from the bell, looking to do enough damage to win the fight quickly. Powell tries to take him down, sweeping his legs only for Jackson to rebound off the cage, spinning off into a break. He regroups and comes back in hard, defending another takedown attempt against an opponent who has clearly done her homework. She's aiming for the knees but Jackson's reach is keeping her at bay and he's landing some heavy blows in the process. Back up, Petrova works more strikes and Thompson scores the hardest hit with an uppercut. Petrova backs off to regroup, looking rattled but EMT won't give her any space and he fires in a few more laser-precise strikes. Petrova looks for a sloppy takedown as she pushes EMT into the cage. It's an all-out slugfest to start with Spiral showing the advantage, tagging Jackson with a hard elbow strike. Spiral misses an early low kick and it looks like Jackson may turn it around before Spiral scores with a second kick, pushing Jackson to the floor when he catches a counter. Half-guard for Jackson and he's trying to put his submission skills to use, jockeying for position but Spiral keeps him at bay. Jackson drops a few punches to the face and eventually breaks away, scrambling to his feet. Spiral comes up short on a return punch and Jackson catches his arm, turning it into a throw against the cage. He's avoiding the worst of the damage but he's yet to really counter. Spiral tags him with another well-timed strike and Jackson hits the floor, though he crawls right back up. Jackson shoots in, but Spiral defends well and pulls away. Jackson has a slight weight advantage but it seems more a detriment right now – he looks winded as they collide in the middle of the cage, battling in a clinch.

Spiral switches stances, throwing Jackson off and tagging him with another elbow that comes shades close to splitting Jackson open over the eye but The Legend keeps trying to counter. He grabs a leg and tries for a takedown, but Spiral hops and stays upright. Jackson tries to strike, but now it's Spiral grabbing the leg, and he sends his opponent down. They collide again and there's nothing there until Jackson tries to spin off, hitting the fence. Jackson shoots inside, but Spiral blindly grabs the guillotine and falls to guard. Chambers looks fired up at the respectful touch of gloves and she is quick to defend an early takedown attempt courtesy of EMT. She sprawls against the cage but EMT doggedly hangs on tight to a single leg for a few moments too long. Chambers lets him break away, watching him before she starts to throw the same kind of speedy strikes that earned her way into this round. EMT is ready for her and she just misses a big front kick. They engage quickly although it's clear that Spiral is having trouble seeing out of his right eye as his grappling seems mistimed. Chambers gets a quick takedown, but Spiral pops right back to his feet. They continue to battle against the fence and Chambers is playing a risky game staying inside Spiral's guard although she's able to scramble to top position and she peppers him with a flurry of strikes before rolling away, unwilling to press her luck. He bucks his hips, shaking the lighter fighter off him enough to shoot to her side. He transitions around her and takes her back and immediately looks for the choke. Both are near exhausted and covered in sweat, making it hard to keep her locked. She manages to turn and end up on top. The crowd erupts as she sends hard elbows into his face on his blind side. One splits his nose open and blood quickly smears over him.

Once again, her lighter frame betrays her as he pushes her aside and hip escapes. Both fighters are on their feet. Spiral's face is a crimson mask and he's smiling. Lara motions for him to bring it. The ref steps in, however, and pauses the fight. Boos fill the arena as he motions for the doctor to take another look at Spiral's eye. The Pale King runs through the motions of a vision test and then audibly tells the doctor to "get the fuck out of here."

The referee resets the fighters and restarts the clock. Spiral marches forward and swings, missing wide. It is obvious now that his vision is making it hard for him to hit the fast-moving Lara. But she gets cocky while going for a body shot. Spiral throws his weight behind a hooking elbow that slices across her mouth, splitting open her bottom lip and sending her mouth guard skipping across the canvas. She stumbles back into the mesh cage and then launches forward to the center. She spits a mouthful of blood at his face and begins dropping bombs, trading from his liver to his face. Her headshots skip off his guard, but he fails to take advantage as his counters are blocked or miss wide. But he's just not taking enough damage.

Chambers switches tactics, putting her shoulder into his abdomen and tries for a takedown. He tries to turn and loses his balance. She drags him down to the canvas. They scramble and Lara ends up with his back. She locks her legs around his midsection and goes for the choke. Spiral keeps his chin tucked and tries to to hit her with blind shots.

She sends one hammer fist into his cut nose and he reacts by protecting it. This opens his neck, and Lara takes quick advantage, sinking in a deep rear naked choke. Spiral won't tap. He refuses. He tries like hell to pull her arm away from his neck but Chambers has him firmly under control. His face turns purple and the lights go out. The referee breaks the hold and Lara jumps off the canvas and runs around the cage.

Lara Chambers defeats Spiral via Technical Submission (Rear Naked Choke) at 15:12.
