UNDERCARD

Lightweight Division Fight:
Kris Peek vs Bronwen O'Connor

Peek starts the fight out at a fast pace, quickly closing the distance on O'Connor and letting his hands fly, a series of dazzling defensive and offensive moves leaves Peek winded, with O'Connor shooting in for takedowns. Peek's takedown defense was largely successful, until finally, O'Connor wrestles him to the mat. From there, Bronwen takes little time in gaining the mount position and begins to rain down bombs, busting Peek wide open. Peek's chin saves him from being knocked out, but the accumulated damage is beginning to affect him. O'Connor, sensing her opponent's vulnerability, does not relent in her attack, continuing to connect with punches on an increasingly less successfully defending Peek until the referee had seen enough and calls a stop to the contest.

O'Connor defeats Peek via technical knockout at 4:29.

Middleweight Division Fight
Julian York vs Chris Davis

Both men forego takedown attempts so that they can strike standing. York, however, appears to be the more technical striker, and while Davis does a little damage with the blows that landed, York seems completely dominant from the opening seconds of the bout. Davis valiantly fires back; throwing punches, but a big right cross from York puts an abrupt halt to his offense and has him reeling. York moves in and connects with a second right cross, and while Davis doesn't immediately go unconscious, he is definitely out on his feet. York perfunctorily lands a few more bombs that Davis makes no move to defend until the referee intervenes once again to bring a halt to the bout.

York defeats Davis via technical knockout at 7:01.

Lightweight Division Fight
Ryann Hardy vs Kaitlynn "The Bitch" McIntyre

Hardy starts the match off with a bang, charging in with a takedown. Met with failure as McIntyre reverses, Hardy doesn't let this discourage her attack. She instead launches a high kick against McIntyre that catches her in the face, splitting her lip. McIntyre reels back, spitting blood, and Hardy keeps coming, firing in a few well placed shots before McIntyre catches Hardy's leg, and uses it for a takedown. On the ground, McIntyre drives her knee into Hardy's face, shattering her nose. The blood begins to flow, and while Hardy tries to defend, McIntyre's punches are getting through; in fact, they are connecting so well that Hardy is soon sporting a nasty cut on her forehead as well. The referee forces them apart, but allows the carnage to continue. Restarted in the guard, McIntyre mixes elbows and knees with her well-timed punches. Hardy tries to escape to the up position, but McIntyre blocks her effort and takes Hardy down with a knee bar that she torques so hard she dislocates Hardy's knee. Instead of waiting for the submission, McIntyre breaks the hold, and stomps on the knee, causing the referee to stop the match.

McIntyre defeats Hardy via technical knockout at 12:59.

Open Weight Fight
John "Mad Dog" Murphy vs Gabriel Chance

The two men approach each other quickly in the opening moments, with Chance seeming particularly eager to trade blows. He lands a few high impact jabs to the midsection, driving Murphy back towards the perimeter of The Circle. Before he has the opportunity to land one of the brutal strikes he's known for, Murphy dives at his legs and attempts a rolling knee bar. Chance, although caught by surprise, was able to slip the hold, nailing a vicious uppercut to the temple as he does. The two break guard, and stand back up. Surprisingly, Murphy simply stands back up, and when Chance comes charging in again, Murphy goes for the same knee bar again! With his leg bent at an awkward angle, Chance has no choice, he's caught and he can't regroup enough to slip the hold. Instead he slaps the mat repeatedly to signify his surrender, giving Murphy one of the most surprising victories of his Circuit career.

Murphy defeats Chance via submission at 8:51.

Middleweight Division Fight
Sean Banks vs Mikhail Kreuz-McCoy

Another epic clash of newcomers erupts into all out war as both fighters circled each other tensely.  Surprisingly, Banks is the first to strike, showing off his own boxing skills by scoring with a quick combo of punches on the younger competitor. Kreuz-McCoy soon retaliates, however, and in a big way, with a lethal kick to Banks' head. Banks survives, but soon receives a jab and a kick to the body from Kreuz-McCoy. Banks responds in a big way with another punching combo, but Kreuz-McCoy shows why a boxing match is not a good idea as he answers back with a straight left hand that has Banks reeling.  Kreuz-McCoy follows it up with another high kick to the head, and while the strike lands flush, Banks manages to survive. Still reeling from the impact, he attempts to take Kreuz-McCoy down a little too aggressively, as with no set-up for the takedown, Kreuz-McCoy was not only able to sprawl, but strike Banks with punches off it as well. As Banks backs off, Kreuz-McCoy pursues his hurting foe around the perimeter of The Circle, before finally cornering him and with lightning speed, blazing another kick into the head. This time, even Banks has had enough, and he slips to the floor unconscious.

Kreuz-McCoy defeats Banks via knockout at 11:16.

MAIN EVENT(MATCH OF THE NIGHT)

Heavyweight Division Fight
Gordon Lochlann vs Tyler Lukas

"Sexy Results" by Death From Above 1979 blares over the sound system as newcomer Tyler Lukas walks toward The Circle, ignoring the cheers and jeers of those with ramp-side seats.  His music fades abruptly, replaced with the sound of Rage Against the Machine's "Sleep Now In the Fire". Gordon Lochlann makes his way out to the ring with singular focus, looking pumped as he stares across at his opponent. As the two men stand across from each other, the announcer steps between them and begins to speak.

Announcer: Ladies and gentlemen, the two men in The Circle tonight will fight until only one remains standing!!!!! Introducing first... fighting out of the blue corner... He is a wrestler, making his debut tonight, standing at 6'5" and weighing in at 245 pounds. Ladies and gentlemen... Tyler... LUKKKKKKKKKKAAAAAAAASSSSSSSS!!!!!

Lukas raises his fists, trying to get the crowd hyped.

Announcer: And now... fighting out of the red corner... He is a street fighter, with a record one win and zero losses, standing at 6'4" and weighing in at 235 pounds.  Ladies and gentlemen... Gordon.... LOCCCCCCHLANNNNNNNN!!

Lochlann begins the fight by employing the same approach that had worked so well for him in his last fight. Assuming that Lukas is looking for the takedown, Lochlann hopes to surprise him by punching first, then shooting the takedown. The strategy works to perfection; Lochlann nails a perfect right cross and follows it with an immediate takedown. Trying to avoid Lochlann's attempt at ground and pound, Lukas recovers quickly and goes for a triangle choke. Lochlann works through the hold, gets in close and begins butting Lukas with shoulder rams. Lukas pushes Lochlann away and escapes to the up position. Back standing, Lochlann moves in, firing off another cross that hits its mark, but Lukas immediately fires right back with an assault of big strikes and punches. Lochlann staggers back, and manages to defend against a follow-up Lukas takedown attempt.

Lochlann showes no hesitancy in throwing and landing another right hand, this time an uppercut that catches a piece of Tyler's chin. Once again, Lukas responds to the punch with another takedown attempt, this time a successful arm bar. Lukas now has his own chance to punish Lochlann, and he does it in style. Ground and pound, a series of stunning strikes rain down, each hitting their mark until Lochlann is busted open above his eye. Lochlann, aware of the danger from the huge impact of the educated fists of his opponent, wraps Lukas up and refuses to let go until the referee stands them back up.

Lukas attempts another takedown, but is denied as Lochlann blocks it and retaliates with yet another hard punch. Elbows fly, accompanied by knees courtesy of Lukas before Lochlann shoots in with another takedown attempt that goes nowhere as Lukas catches him in the midsection with a knee.

He clinches with Lochlann until the referee is again forced to break them apart. Lukas, looking confident now, tries to steal the fight with another startling attack of punches. While the crowd cheers for the heavy shots being thrown, Lochlann is able to block some of them, even as he's driven back towards the edge of The Circle. In between rounds, the appearance of the fighters in their corners was a stark contrast.  Lochlann still seems relatively fresh, despite the damage Lukas is inflicting on him. Lukas may be fighting better as the fight goes on, but the effects of the beating he's taken from Lochlann's continuous right hands are doing nothing to help him.

Lochlann seems almost to sense that his opponent is hurting, and moves in for another right hand that snaps Tyler's head back. Lukas dives at Lochlann's legs, but Lochlann blocks the takedown.  Lochlann then tries his own takedown of his own in the version of a slam, but Lukas manages to keep his feet, refusing to be lifted. Instead he shoves Lochlann back. Lukas bravely makes one last stand, motioning for Lochlann to try again. Instead of waiting, Lukas then recklessly charges forward while throwing punches.

Lochlann refuses to give ground to Lukas, eating the desperate punches before responding with his own shots. Lochlann then clinches Lukas behind the head and begins to dirty box him, feeding him a sickening meal of wicked jabs and uppercuts. Lukas goes down to his knees, and then wraps his arms around Lochlann's middle, snapping him over with a messy suplex. Lochlann lands hard, right on the edge of The Circle. He scrambles to his feet, and Lukas is right there. Lukas jumps, and spins, connecting with a corkscrew roundhouse kick to the side of the head. Lochlann's hands come up to defend, and he catches hold of Lukas' foot, even as he falls back, loosing his footing. Both men tumble out of The Circle to the floor, leaving the match with no clear winner. The crowd goes nuts, screaming for more blood as the referee calls the match a draw.

No contest via ring out at 28:05.
